Perfectfor corner views

AXISM3006-V provides a viewing angle of 134°, while its 3-megapixel resolutionprovides 50% more details than HDTV 1080p. With its wide horizontal andvertical angles of view, as well as its high resolution, the camera can offercomplete coverage when installed near a corner of a store. A cornerinstallation would also enable users to look into the shelves on either side ofthe camera.

Quick and flexibleinstallation

Thevandal- and dust-resistant indoor mini dome enables easy and discreet installation.With a 3-axis camera angle adjustment, the camera can be mounted on walls orceilings. The direction of the camera can be easily adjusted and the imageleveled. The camera supports AxisCorridor Format, which enables vertically oriented video streamsthat optimize coverage of areas such as corridors, hallways or store aisles.

Thecamera comes focused at delivery, which shortens the installation time. It hasa 2 m (6.6 ft.) network cable attached and supports Power over Ethernet (IEEE802.3af), which eliminates the need for power cables and reduces installationcosts.

Digital PTZ andmulti-view streaming

AXISM3006-V supports digital pan/tilt/zoom, which can be used as a digitalvarifocal lens that allows the angle of view to be adjusted remotely after thephysical installation. The cameras digital PTZ, together with its support formulti-view streaming, enables different areas of a scene to be cropped from thefull view and streamed simultaneously for viewing or recordingsimulatingseveral virtual cameras that can help minimize the bit rate and storage needs.Multiple streams in H.264 and Motion JPEG can be sent simultaneously.

Intelligent videocapabilities

AXISM3006-V includes intelligent capabilities such as video motion detection anddetection of camera tampering attempts like blocking or spray-painting. It alsooffers substantial support for the installation of intelligent videoapplications, such as people counting and heat mapping, through the AXISCamera Application Platform.

Convenient videomanagement

Thecameras built-in microSDHC card slot enables several days of recording to bestored locally on a memory card. When local storage is used together with thefree AXISCamera Companion, users have an easy way to remotely view and managevideo from up to 16 cameras per site
